Sam Kim awarded our 2020 Baroota Creek Cabernet Shiraz 94 points, saying:
“Bold and brooding, the richly expressed bouquet shows blackberry, warm spice tapenade, vanillin oak and dark chocolate.
“The palate is equally satisfying with excellent concentration and plush texture, brilliantly structured by chalky tannins, finishing sturdy and robust.”
Meanwhile, Sam awarded our 2021 Baroota Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 93 points, saying:
“This is both stylish and rich; the complex bouquet shows blackcurrant, vanilla, cedary oak and mixed spice aromas, leading to a wonderfully weighted palate that’s succulent and plump.
“Generously textured and splendidly structured by grainy tannins, finishing wonderfully long and flavoursome.”
